Nearby, you’ll find Shipwreck Island Water Park, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Ripley’s Believe it or Not!, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and WonderWorks. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, which is about 5 miles away. Of course, there are plenty of seafood restaurants close by as well!

The Space:
A one bedroom condo with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen size murphy bed in the living room. Included is a fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed WiFi, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, pickleball rackets, etc. There are "smart" TV's in the bedroom and living room with full streaming capability and local cable provided.

A $35 registration fee is required to be paid at Sugar Beach upon check-in. This will cover your parking pass.
*Trailers are $100 per space
*All trailers must be approved by the office before arrival

Pet friendly upon request and approval of owner/host. Vet records to be provided upon registration/check in. Pets approved by owner first. $50 Owner/Host Inside Pet Fee. HOA Pet Fee at registration. $80 first pet under 3 days plus $40 for 2nd pet under 3 days. 4 days and over is $150 First Pet, $50 Second Pet. No weight limit. Limit 2 pets per stay. No aggressive full breeds: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shephard, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.

The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full bath and private ocean facing balcony. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king bed, built-in bunkbeds and private full bath as well. The main level bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom right next door. All bedrooms have smart tv's and local cable is provided. Free early check-in when available!

Please note: there is an additional $35.00 fee per parking space that needs to be paid prior to checking in to the H.O.A. for parking passes.
